Do you require a deposit?
No, we don’t, but we reserve the right to require one if we had been and seen the property condition pointing that the property is filthy, really messy or old.
How do I pay for the cleaning service you have provided?
Depends on the type of service and frequency of the cleaning visits, we usually expect clients to make payment and the end of each month. Payments are made strictly through BACS.
Do you supply cleaning equipment?
Yes, most cases we do. Our cleaning company will take care and supply everything needed for smooth execution of any task.
Do you supply detergents; how efficient they are?
Of course. In most scenarios we only use and supply tried and tested cleaning materials. In bookings where we have agreed that client should provide those, we will send a list and place these could be bought.
We are commercial business; do you provide service on bank holidays?
Yes, we do conduct our services even during weekends and national holidays. Please rest assured that your business premises will be kept cleaned even on bank holidays.
Do you provide one-off cleaning?
Unfortunately, we retract from the one-off cleans, the only exception is end of tenancy cleaning service. The reason is that our business model is designed and dedicated towards specific niche.
